I had the privilege of documenting Kate's very first steps back onto the dance floor after 2 years of isolation in quarantine during which she lost her beloved father to Covid19.
The journey to inhabiting one's own body can sometimes feel a million miles long, even with a lifetime of practice. The way in takes a beginner's mind, patience, permission, and tenderness.
